At Blau i Verd we offer global Mediterranean cuisine, because our intention is to seek out the most representative dishes from the 24 countries that make it up, whether from the western, central, or eastern Mediterranean.
The reason is that the Mediterranean diet is the healthiest, proven by science for over half a century.
In most of our gastronomic offerings we respect the original flavors; in other cases, we update them for today, and in very few do we introduce some ingredients or techniques to adapt them to our times without losing their essence.
